The Oops Club Terms & Conditions

1. Membership License

  • Active Oops Club membership grants you a non-exclusive license to:

    • Teach Oopsiarted designs in your own in-person classes.

    • Sell original artwork you personally create using Oopsiarted designs.

2. Restrictions

  • Designs may not be:

    • Shared, resold, or distributed digitally or physically to non-members.

    • Used in online classes, courses, or video tutorials.

    • Claimed as your own original designs.

  • Teaching Oopsiarted designs within 100 miles of Lewiston, Idaho requires express written consent.

3. Membership Status

  • Licensing rights remain valid only while your membership is active.

  • If you cancel or lapse, you may no longer use Oopsiarted designs for teaching or selling.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All Oopsiarted designs remain the intellectual property of Oopsiarted / Art Uncorked LLC.

  • Membership provides usage rights, not ownership.

5. Community Guidelines

  • Be kind, respectful, and supportive within the Oops Club community.

  • No spamming, harassment, or negative competition.

6. Termination

  • Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of your membership without refund.

7. Updates

  • Terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of material changes.
